Cookie policy

Which cookies UNIR2 uses, what they are for and how you can manage them.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser to remember information between pages. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, are covered by this same policy.
2. This website (www.unir2.com)
The UNIR2 information website does not set its own cookies or store data in your browser. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies either, which is why we do not ask you to accept a cookie banner.
The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives technical data about your connection (such as your IP address) to deliver them.
3. The platform (app.unir2.com)
The platform uses one strictly necessary cookie and two preference cookies:
- _unir2 (necessary, up to 12 hours): keeps you signed in, protects forms against CSRF attacks and securely verifies sign-in with Google.
- u2_theme (preference, 1 year): remembers whether you chose light or dark mode.
- NRBA_SESSION (technical, browser storage, app only): used by New Relic to measure the performance and errors of each session. Never used for advertising.
- unir2_mobile_dismissed (preference, 30 days): remembers that you closed the notice to install the mobile app.
Without the session cookie you cannot sign in or use the platform, so it does not require consent. Preference cookies only store your choices and are not used to track you.
4. Third-party cookies
When you use features from other services, they may set their own cookies under their policies:
- Google, when you sign in with your Google account.
- Stripe, when you pay or manage your payment method.
- Meta, when you connect your WhatsApp Business account.
We do not control those cookies; we recommend reviewing each provider's policies.
5. How to manage them
You can view, block or delete cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge or others). If you block the app.unir2.com session cookie you will not be able to sign in.
6. Changes and contact
If we add cookies or change their purpose, we will update this page. For any questions, write to [email protected].
